PARTIAL PLANNING

Starting at $3,850

Partial Wedding Planning is designed for the hands-on, productive couple that needs a little expert help navigating the more difficult parts of planning their weddings. We recommend the best vendors for your budget and style, get creative with design ideas, keep your to-do list on track and wrap up all the final details before managing everything on the wedding day. Perfect for the couple that has already booked their venue and perhaps a couple vendors as well.

No matter where you are in the planning process, we’re ready to step in alongside you to alleviate the stress of wedding planning.

**Final price will depend on final guest count, location of ceremony/reception site, and demand of décor set-up & clean-up. 

PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Unlimited email, phone availability throughout planning process during business hours

  • Use of an online wedding planning software for checklists, timeline, guest management, design boards, calendar, - etc.

  • Up to five in-person meetings to be used for planning sessions or vendor consultations as determined by the clients

  • Personalized vendor recommendations

  • Review of all vendor contracts

  • An interim reception layout and site walk-through/meeting to review your event logistics and layout

  • Help with wedding rentals (review of your rentals, or help with determining appropriate order based on your guest count and menu)

  • Final walk-through at the ceremony and reception locations to cover floor plans, timeline and final details, roughly one month prior to the wedding day

  • Wedding procession/recessional/ceremony design.

  • Construction and management of wedding weekend timeline

  • Contact vendors and wedding party/parents with timeline and necessary addresses 4 weeks prior to wedding date.

  • Coordinate 30 minute ceremony rehearsal

  • Up to 12 hours Wedding Day coordination of the Ceremony & Reception with Senior Wedding Planner + their team

  • Set-up and break-down of decor (also includes escort cards, seating cards, programs, favors)

  • Collection of gifts

  • Wedding Planning Team comes fully prepared with a comprehensive Wedding Day Emergency Oh Sh*t Kit

COORDINATION

Starting at $3,600

Similar to a commonly found Month Of (or Day Of) Wedding Coordination package. Perfect for the couple who has done all the planning themselves and now wants an expert to wrap up the details so they can relax and enjoy the final few weeks of being engaged.Our Wedding Coordinators work closely with each couple before the wedding to ensure the day they've worked so hard to plan is stress-free and perfect.

Please note that this service can only be booked within 4 months of the wedding day. Coverage begins 60 days prior to the wedding day.**Final price will depend on final guest count, location of ceremony/reception site, and demand of décor set-up & clean-up. 

TAKEOVER COORDINATION INCLUDES:

  • One initial in-depth planning consultation to discuss personal style, decor, details & overall aesthetics, roughly 3-4 months prior to wedding date

  • Construction and management of wedding weekend timeline

  • Contact vendors and wedding party/parents with timeline and necessary addresses

  • Coordinate one hour ceremony rehearsal

Starting at $2,000

Experience the ONLY wine and venue tour offered on the Central Coast! This is an all inclusive service designed for couples to explore what the Central Coast has to offer; breathtaking venues and DELICIOUS wine! This package includes a full day of venue tours & winery stops for you and 4 additional friends. Transportation, wine tastings, and picnic lunch is included. This is a unique service designed to make the venue hunt a fun and memorable experience!
